My friend Kelli and I planned a sewing date yesterday afternoon because I am woefully lacking in skill and she is patient and kind and talented. Together, we did this tutorial and the end results were super cute:
Now I have a brand new pouch to carry around in one of my purses that can serve as a Pouch for All Things Small and Smaller (and also lady products, covertly, because all ladies know how much these pouches come in handy). And look how well it matches my Coach!
There's something totally satisfying about making something with your own hands. And the great Sewing Itch of 2009 has begun.
