Dropping in quickly to tell you all that I PASSED MY LICENSURE EXAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This means huge things for me, career-wise: I'm now officially licensed as an associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT), which means that the State of Arizona has certified that I am professionally competent to practice therapy. I have reached a higher level of qualification within my field and can sign my new credentials after my name. It also means that I qualify for a significant pay raise! BOOYAH!
Basically, it means that I am awesome.
I know that I take very few things seriously, but I worked REALLY HARD to get here and I am so, so proud of myself. This is a huge step forward for me in my professional world. Higher education is TOTALLY WORTH IT.
