Bye bye, hair!!
On Friday, I marched my happy butt to my Aunt's salon, handed her a compilation of photos of other women whose hair I loved, and said "CUT."
We got rid of probably 6-7 inches and I LOVE IT. My hair was this short or shorter when Ryan and I started dating. I love love loved it then, but I wanted to grow it out for my future wedding (yes, even before we were serious, I was always "growing my hair out for my wedding"). And like every other bride I've ever met, after the wedding, I was soooo over it.
So I hacked it off! And like the self respecting blogger that I am, I took several photos of myself afterwards. Any excuse for an outfit post, right?
I got this way cool vintagey Liz Claiborne chambray top on a birthday thrifting extravaganza with my bestie Hillary and our husbands. Hillary and I loved it, our husbands did not. Ryan calls this my "lesbian farmer look" HAHAHA. Sorry to any lesbian farmers who might be reading my blog; he means no harm.
I think the denim on denim look is super cool and casual. With my new Ugglebo Milan clogs, this was a perfect brunch outfit for a lazy Saturday morning.
Three cheers for the post-wedding chop!!

Outfit details: top, Liz Claiborne, thrifed - jeans, Forever 21 ($10!!) - clogs, Ugglebo Milan - necklace, Charming Charlie (on clearance)

I love the hair! (And the HP books hanging out behind you on your bookshelf.)

I WISH my hair looked this good short. But the last time I decided to do this, it looked like crap for years. You are one lucky duck.
